Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy one of many restaurants near by. All at the comfort of your home while you are on vacation.
There is a protected enclosed ocean area in front of the pool for swimming or snorkeling and endless sandy beach for your morning or afternoon walks. In front of the complex is the Ko'ie'ie Fishpond - an ancient wall built several hundred years ago by local fisherman to snare their fish. This wall now creates a calm beachfront for swimming - perfect for little ones or older ones.
Weber grills and tables are located by the pool and ocean for your outdoor grilling. There is also an amazing rooftop access where you can grill on one of the grills located on the roof and enjoy the amazing mountain and ocean views while having your meal. Enjoy whale watching right from your lanai or rooftop in season (November-March).
Enjoy excellent snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving and fishing. Centrally located to a variety of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and the shopping and dining areas of Kihei, Wailea , Kahului, Lahaina and Kaanapali.

We had a great time in Kihei and in this property. The kitchen is newly renovated and so it was nice to cool some of our meals there. We had kayaks, snorkeling and beach access. The neighborhood was quiet on a good location. I would consider staying here again.

Very good location. The house was very clean and comfortable. The private beach is just awesome. It’s kids friendly and you can spot many turtles. It is also a very quiet place, which is what we personally prefer. And Kihei is really nice.
